However, with many of Europe's top clubs coveting strike partner Edin Dzeko, Grafite expects to stay with the 2008-09 Bundesliga champions.

Wolfsburg striker Grafite expects to remain at the Bundesliga club during the coming season.

He said: "I think I am going to stay on.

"I am under contract with VfL Wolfsburg and I like being at the club.

"Still I have not yet spoken to the manager. I need to know his point of view on my situation."
