Staff at Hampstead Heath have released a beautiful officialannual calendar for 2012, with all proceeds from sales going to theRookie Rangers Wildlife Club - a hands-on wildlife education clubfor 8-12 year olds, which gives kids the chance to experience thewild side of the Heath.
The calendar can bebought onlinefrom the City ofLondon Corporation"s website atwww.cityoflondon.gov.uk/hampsteadorby calling 020 7332 3322. The calendar is approximately 34cm x 23cm, produced on qualitypaper and shrink-wrapped in cellophane. Printed usingvegetable-based inks on FSC paper from responsible sources, itfeatures stunning photographs of Hampstead Heath views, landscapes,flowers and habitats throughout the seasons. Important dates and holidays are flagged up to Heath fans and itcontains plenty of room for appointments and reminders. Imagesinclude The Viaduct, Kenwood House and the Vale of Health and SandyHeath Ponds.
