The City of London Corporation"s High Court case to remove tentsand equipment from outside St Paul"s will start Monday 19 December.

The case is expected to last three to four days.

During the hearing, the City of London Corporation will not bemaking general media comment, but the Deputy Chairman of the Policy& Resources Mark Boleat, will be available for comment once ajudgement is made (Chairman Stuart Fraser is overseas).
